Category Wise Refund Rules
Since our brand deals in both high-end designer textiles and delicate imitation jewelry collections, different refund frameworks apply based on hygiene and customization standards:
Ladies' Apparel
Standard clothing items (Unstitched suits, sarees, ready-made kurtis) are eligible for returns/refunds within 7 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and carry original tags.
Imitation Jewelry
Due to strict health and hygiene safety guidelines, jewelry products are non-refundable. Financial refunds or replacements are only issued if items arrive broken or damaged in transit.
Bespoke Custom Fits
Outfits that have been processed under our 'Custom Tailoring' or semi-stitched body alterations network are uniquely made for you and are strictly ineligible for returns or financial refunds.
The Refund Cycle Lifecycle
• Prepaid Transactions: Approved refund values are credited directly back to the original payment mechanism (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) within 5 to 7 banking business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, refunds are processed via secure Bank Transfer or UPI payout link which our support desk shares with you post verification.
• Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping overhead fees and the nominal ₹49 COD convenience processing charge are entirely non-refundable.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Clause
Please note that for claiming damage refunds on imitation jewelry or heavy embroidered garments, an unedited, continuous package unboxing video is an absolute mandatory requirement. The video must clearly show the courier label and the physical opening of the sealed parcel box. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will be automatically declined.
