Account & Purchase Rules

To maintain a secure and elite shopping environment, customers are expected to follow basic transaction and account protocols during checkout.

Account Responsibility

When you register, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Orders placed under your account will be treated as authorized.

Pricing & Accuracy

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product descriptions, or cancel orders if information is accidentally listed incorrectly on the catalog.

Intellectual Property

All logos, media graphics, custom tailoring designs, text, and imagery are protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Shipping & Tailoring Terms

Since our brand handles specialized apparel and delicate high-end imitation jewelry items, the following logistics rules apply to all orders:
• Order Cancellations: Standard orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase or before they move to the 'Dispatched' phase.
• Custom Alterations: Delivery timelines for bespoke fits require an additional 7 to 10 processing days before shipment dispatch.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal ₹49 convenience charge is applied on COD orders to handle additional transit handling protocols.
• Delivery Delays: While we aim for standard metro delivery in 3 to 5 days, unexpected transit delays due to courier partners do not entitle order refunds.

Mandatory Unboxing Policy

To protect against transit damage claims for delicate imitation jewelry items, we strictly require a continuous, unedited unboxing video from our customers. In the absence of an unboxing video showing the original sealed packaging being opened, replacement or exchange claims for broken elements cannot be processed.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept standard product exchanges and returns within 7 days of package delivery for unwashed, unused women's clothing keeping tags intact. Due to strict sanitary and hygiene guidelines, imitation jewelry collections can only be returned if they arrive physically defective or damaged during transit. Custom-stitched outfits are non-returnable.

Limitation of Liability

Kavi Mugdha Bharat Fashion and its operational units shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the improper wear or care of our products—including apparel color bleeds from non-dry-clean washes or standard metallic discoloration due to direct exposure to perfume, water, and sweat.
